RP Professional Services proudly celebrates Employee Appreciation Day by recognizing the exceptional contributions of our standout team members. In honor of this occasion, we highlight remarkable individuals who have demonstrated outstanding dedication and expertise across various projects.

First on the spotlight is Jamal Cottman, a dedicated Management Consultant for the National Science Foundation (NSF). Jamal’s exemplary work extends beyond his role, as he actively champions Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) at RP. His recent representation of RP at the Washington Business Journal’s LGBTQ+ Awards not only showcased our commitment but also earned him a well-deserved nomination.

Next, we turn our attention to Francisco Franco, a key member supporting RP’s portfolio at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Francisco played a crucial role in executing a seamless staff transition between incumbent and new contracts, showcasing dedication, leadership, and a strategic approach to Transition-In Activities.

Befekadu Habteyes, our talented Data Analyst, has played a pivotal role in the success of RP’s U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Information Technology contract. His hard work, client service, and exceptional talents in data and reporting have significantly contributed to our achievements in information technology and data analytics.

William Hall, as a Policy Advisor supporting USAID’s Bureau for Planning, Learning, & Resource Management, has consistently exceeded expectations. His pivotal role in the successful launch of the LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Development Policy reflects an exceptional commitment to success and positive change.

Mai Ly, our Business Operations Specialist supporting the National Science Foundation, stands out for her rapid learning, analytical skills, and effective communication. Her indispensable role in supporting the budget team with administrative expertise and budget coordination has earned her well-deserved recognition.

Finally, we recognize Kenya Bradley, whose outstanding leadership and expertise have been instrumental in the success of U.S. Small Business Administration’s disaster lending support. Kenya’s unwavering dedication to customer service and comprehensive understanding of SBA programs set a high standard for excellence across all of RP’s programs.

As we extend our congratulations to these exceptional individuals, we express gratitude to every employee at RP Professional Services. Happy Employee Appreciation Day! Your contributions make RP Pro the thriving and successful company it is today, and we can’t wait to see the remarkable achievements that lie ahead. Here’s to the incredible RP Pro team – may your continued dedication and accomplishments shine brightly in the future!
