Ms. Giuliani is passionate about employee relationship management, best practices, policy implementation, and finding the right talent. She effectively and efficiently manages internal operations and logistics to support company-wide initiatives by successfully and consistently engaging with all facets of the business. As a solutions-based professional, Ms. Giuliani lives by the motto “do the right thing.”   

Ms. Giuliani entered the field of Human Resources because of her desire to be a true advocate for employees while simultaneously taking into careful consideration the needs of the business. She possesses a SHRM-CP certification and a B.S. in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University.  While not working, she spends time with her family and friends and enjoys finding new experiences.

Prior to joining RP Professional Services, Lynne served as the Chief Financial Officer for Ardent Management Consulting for six years.  She made significant contributions to the company’s growth and profitability, playing an integral role in the due diligence process and divestiture in 2023.

Lynne has been part of the government and government contracting community since 2008.  She joined Harris Corp. as the Senior Manager of financial planning and analysis for a $900M business unit and parlayed skills acquired there into consulting engagements with several smaller government contractors.  During this time, Lynne earned a Graduate Certificate in Government Procurement from the University of Virginia.

During her 25+ year career, Lynne has established a reputation for building strong teams and for aligning financial and business goals to support business strategy and growth. She holds a BS in Accounting from George Mason University and earned her MBA from Virginia Tech, graduating with honors. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Virginia.

Lynne is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Mr. Patel started his career in business development roles, where he honed his expertise in the areas of recruitment and service delivery. He attributes his success to building strong business relationships, identifying client needs, delivering high-quality services, and hard work.   

Mr. Patel has also served as the VP of Small Business and President of the Young AFCEA program for AFCEA Bethesda Chapter and is currently involved with various philanthropic groups. He is dedicated to issues concerning food security and focuses his efforts outside of work on numerous nonprofits and philanthropic/community work, including the Dulles South Food Pantry.  

Mr. Patel earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Rhode Island. Living in Ashburn, Virginia, he is a proud Veteran, a dedicated family man, and a fan of New England sports.
