Tamar Mintz,  an accomplished and results-driven executive, brings over 15 years of extensive program management experience to her role as Executive Vice President. A graduate of the University of Rochester with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Ms. Mintz has consistently demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence throughout her career. Her leadership skills, strategic vision, and deep understanding of program management have positioned her as a key player in driving successful initiatives and achieving organizational objectives for RP. 

Her impressive track record includes spearheading and supporting the responses and subsequent award of multiple contracts and task orders for RP, including a substantial $300+ million task order, showcasing her ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results on a large scale. Her proficiency in orchestrating multifaceted programs has been pivotal in optimizing processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and enhancing overall project outcomes. 

With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Ms. Mintz has played a pivotal role in the success of numerous programs, earning her a reputation as a trusted leader in the field. Ms. Mintz lives in Vienna with her very patient husband, two rambunctious sons, and her Golden Retriever. When she isn’t working you can find her spending quality time with her family, finding ways to satisfy her sweet tooth (Haribo > everything), and working out to Yacht Rock.
