As Chief Operating Officer, Nate Kreoger is a visionary leader who brings over a decade of executive-level experience in both the federal government and GovCon community. He specializes in accelerating small-business growth and organizational performance while supporting the missions of the federal government.    

A veteran of the White House, Nathan has worked across multiple presidential administrations to provide leadership and oversight for critical administration priorities. Prior to the White House, Mr. Kreoger spent considerable time as a Contracting Officer at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), supporting assisted acquisition efforts and government-wide acquisition programs.   

Mr. Kreoger holds an MBA from the University of Missouri and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois. He is a three-time recipient of leadership awards from the President of the United States and received a dual Entrepreneurship Scholar and Business Scholar. Mr. Kreoger has a dynamic background in organizational leadership, business development, project management, and federal appropriations law and plays a pivotal role in the continued growth of RP.   

Though Mr. Kreoger grew up in rural America, he relocated to DC to take advantage of the fast-paced urban lifestyle with easy access to hiking, kayaking, and camping in the great outdoors. He has a passion for bulleted lists, home improvement projects, dirty martinis, and the Olive Garden. When he’s not hitting the gym or planning his next international adventure, he enjoys live music, the DC food scene, and his favorite Virginia wineries.
