Lynne joined RP Professional Services in May 2024 assuming responsibility for the company’s financial functions including accounting, tax, budgeting and planning, treasury and program finance.  Lynne is dedicated to developing the financial and reporting tools necessary to support the rapid growth and maturation of the organization.

Prior to joining RP Professional Services, Lynne served as the Chief Financial Officer for Ardent Management Consulting for six years.  She made significant contributions to the company’s growth and profitability, playing an integral role in the due diligence process and divestiture in 2023.

Lynne has been part of the government and government contracting community since 2008.  She joined Harris Corp. as the Senior Manager of financial planning and analysis for a $900M business unit and parlayed skills acquired there into consulting engagements with several smaller government contractors.  In 2012 Lynne had the opportunity to get her TS/SCI clearance and spent the next five years as a federal employee in the intelligence space where she lead the financial evaluation of multi-million dollar federal procurements. During this time, Lynne earned a Graduate Certificate in Government Procurement from the University of Virginia.

During her 25+ year career, Lynne has established a reputation for building strong teams and for aligning financial and business goals to support business strategy and growth. She holds a BS in Accounting from George Mason University and earned her MBA from Virginia Tech, graduating with honors. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Virginia.

Lynne is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
