As RP’s Director of People Operations, Katie Giuliani is a passionate leader with over twelve years of experience building scalable infrastructure and sustainable growth focused on finding and supporting candidates uniquely suited to organizational needs. Directly reporting to Ms. Giuliani are RP’s Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Talent Acquisition Manager. Her teams currently oversee all Human Resources and Talent Acquisition related functions. Her team has staff positions in almost every U.S. state and manages more than 200 employees with a workforce that is almost entirely remote.   

Ms. Giuliani is passionate about employee relationship management, best practices, policy implementation, and finding the right talent. She effectively and efficiently manages internal operations and logistics to support company-wide initiatives by successfully and consistently engaging with all facets of the business. As a solutions-based professional, Ms. Giuliani lives by the motto “do the right thing.”   

Ms. Giuliani entered the field of Human Resources because of her desire to be a true advocate for employees while simultaneously taking into careful consideration the needs of the business. She possesses a SHRM-CP certification and a B.S. in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University.  While not working, she spends time with her family and friends and enjoys finding new experiences.
