
Jessica Feldman
Jessica Feldman is a seasoned and results-oriented international development professional with over 17 years of experience. As the Account Manager for RP’s international development portfolio, they spearhead a $10 million+ portfolio of USAID time and material subcontracts while ensuring FAR compliance.
Jessica possesses a deep understanding of AIDARs and relevant FAR regulations, allowing them to effectively manage risk and increase awareness of contractual and financial requirements. Their leadership skills shine through in their ability to empower a team of 20 embedded USAID employees, maximizing their performance and ensuring project success. In this capacity, Jessica also plays a crucial role in optimizing resource allocation by managing a $200,000 travel budget and streamlining subcontract implementation through analytical problem-solving.
Driven by a passion for international development, Jessica previously served as an expatriate staff member on large-scale Afghanistan recovery projects. Their diverse experiences include managing USAID projects ranging in size from $4.5 million to $106 million.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys cooking, volunteering for Lasagna Love, traveling, and dog rescue. She also holds a UVA Graduate Procurement and Contract Management Certification and has a personal background that includes growing up in Chantilly, VA, graduating from the University of Mary Washington, and traveling extensively across the globe.
