OIG Hotline Support Services

The USDA Office of Inspector General (OIG) sought comprehensive support to manage and triage fraud complaints associated with the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Efficiently processing a growing volume of complaints, maintaining meticulous records, and upholding stringent compliance with federal regulations remained persistent challenges. The diverse array of cases ranged from illicit SNAP transactions to fraudulent activities involving retailers and recipients, necessitating a robust system capable of handling such complexities and ensuring thorough investigation and resolution.

RP provided Hotline Analysts to support the USDA OIG by receiving, triaging, and assigning incoming complaints. Our team managed project milestones, monitored daily metrics, and ensured accurate documentation of all allegations. We conducted trend analysis to identify common issues and developed appropriate response options for complaints. Our knowledge management repository and project management practices ensured seamless operations and high-quality support. We provided clerical assistance, user account management, and help desk support to streamline complaint processing and improve customer service.

RP’s support significantly enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of the USDA OIG Hotline Unit. Our team meticulously processed thousands of complaints maintained meticulous record-keeping, and promptly responded to inquiries. Through successful management of the complaint backlog and rigorous implementation of quality control measures, we achieved notable improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. These efforts played a pivotal role in supporting the USDA OIG’s mission to address fraud and abuse within the SNAP program, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

Human Resources Management Consulting

The NSF Division of Administrative Services (DAS) sought robust support to manage its extensive administrative requirements and drive strategic initiatives in workforce planning. This included navigating intricate government protocols, ensuring steadfast compliance with federal regulations, and furnishing logistical support across diverse departmental and divisional functions. The overarching aim was to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness within DAS, aligning with broader organizational objectives to foster sustained growth and enhance overall performance.

RP provided a skilled team of management consultants and administrative specialists to support NSF DAS. Our team issued GFE equipment, managed logistical matters, and tracked task order schedules. We developed improvement roadmaps and implementation plans for organizational service areas, aligning development needs with organizational competencies. We also offered strategic guidance in workforce planning, communications, and change management.
