RP Professional Services, LLC (RP) is excited to announce the addition of Abe Mostafa to our growing team. Abe joins RP as Program Manager, bringing with him a strong background in federal contracting, program leadership, and client success.  

As Program Manager, Abe will play a key role in supporting RP’s federal customers and continuing to uphold our standards for quality, reliability, and innovation. He will also manage the delivery of contracts to the VA and TSA. His main focus is making sure that customers get the outcomes they are looking for in a timely manner! 

Abe has a proven track record of delivering results across large-scale government initiatives. His experience spans contracts oversight, stakeholder engagement, and strategic implementation in complex environments. These areas of focus make him a valuable asset to RP’s mission-driven approach. 

During his time at iCIMS, Abe led some of their largest and most complex implementations. He also assisted in the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) maturation at the USDA with ASRC Federal. Finally, Abe helped build a framework for prioritizing work, as well as defining meaningful KPI’s and OKR’s, at the VA with HPC Solutions.

Audrey Lopez Valdivia, Mission Support Programs Analyst 

This quarter, we would like to recognize Audrey’s contributions to the success of the USAID Africa Learning Summit this October. She contributed above and beyond expectations of her role for this summit. Audrey was co-lead for logistics and stepped up in the weeks before the event to ensure that travel, supplies, agendas, and many more logistics were covered. Audrey went “above and beyond” to ensure that partners felt welcomed, by generating individual WhatsApp chats and managing direct communication until their arrival in Johannesburg. Throughout the Summit, aside from supporting the facilitation of sessions, Audrey jumped in to address partner travel challenges and other needs that arose in the day to day. These were managed with collaboration, a proactive attitude and team spirit, which was so much appreciated! 

Betelhem Gebremariam, General Clerk (NSF) 

Betelhem Gebremariam has proven to be customer-focused, dedicated, and extremely professional. Her efforts haven’t gone unnoticed this quarter! She has shown herself to be proactive in instances where immediate assistance has been required with scanning and processing Federal Express requests. She is thoughtful and considerate in completing tasks and meeting our clients’ deadlines. Occasionally, we have special requests that require immediate attention, and others can wait until the next business day. However, due to the sensitive nature of many of our clients’ work, sometimes these tasks require special attention. This summer, RP’s BRIDGE Employee Resource Group (ERG) chose to support Operation Gratitude, an organization dedicated to honoring those who serve or have served in the military and first responder communities. Operation Gratitude enables individuals to express their appreciation through various means, including care packages and letters. Since its inception, the organization has distributed over 4 million care packages and, in the past year alone, facilitated the writing and delivery of more than 300,000 letters. 

RP’s partnership with Operation Gratitude began on the Fourth of July and continued through Labor Day. This initiative encouraged employees, their families, and friends to come together and thoughtfully contribute to this meaningful cause. The level of engagement across the company was truly remarkable, demonstrating the strong commitment of the RP Pro community to supporting those who serve.

His collaborative work with the People Operations Department led to the successful enhancement of RP’s Employee Resource Center—a comprehensive hub for employee tools and information that was long overdue. 

James is not just an IT support specialist; he is a cornerstone of our HQ team, embodying RP’s core values every day. His contributions to the Employee Resource Center were monumental, bringing a much-needed platform to life. Jackie Derrick, People Operations Specialist 

Jackie Derrick has been a driving force within our Talent Acquisition team this quarter, demonstrating exceptional skill as a recruiter. Her unwavering dedication to supporting Hiring Managers has been instrumental in meeting our staffing needs, while her ability to maintain strong relationships with candidates has significantly strengthened our talent pipeline.
