Andie von Eschen, Strategy & BD Operations Manager 

Andie von Eschen has demonstrated exceptional commitment, resilience, and impact throughout the quarter, making her an indispensable member of the team. She has consistently gone above and beyond ensuring the team meets tight deadlines and ensures all deliverables are completed with precision. As a true team player, Andie willingly takes on tasks beyond her role, providing critical support across departments and fostering a collaborative work environment. Her pivotal contributions during a busy season, including managing pricing strategies, LOE development, and complex proposal processes under immense pressure, exemplify her ability to navigate challenges with dedication and determination. Andie’s relentless drive for improvement, coupled with her willingness to push beyond her comfort zone, make her not only a role model for her peers but also an invaluable asset to RP! 

Judy Paula, Surge Loan Specialist 

Judy Paula has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism in her role as a Surge Loan Specialist within the Delivery Organization supporting SBA’s OCASPT. Her outstanding production has been instrumental in assisting ancillary servicing teams, ensuring seamless operations and effective outcomes. Judy’s ability to manage high volumes of intake calls with a focus on providing top-tier customer service highlights her commitment to excellence and her customer-first mindset. Her proactive approach to creating actionable solutions and delivering timely, accurate support has made her an invaluable asset to the team. Judy’s high performance, reliability, and unwavering focus on delivering quality service make her a standout candidate for Employee of the Quarter. 

Audrey Lopez Valdivia, Mission Support Programs Analyst 

This quarter, we would like to recognize Audrey’s contributions to the success of the USAID Africa Learning Summit this October. She contributed above and beyond expectations of her role for this summit. Audrey was co-lead for logistics and stepped up in the weeks before the event to ensure that travel, supplies, agendas, and many more logistics were covered. Audrey went “above and beyond” to ensure that partners felt welcomed, by generating individual WhatsApp chats and managing direct communication until their arrival in Johannesburg. Throughout the Summit, aside from supporting the facilitation of sessions, Audrey jumped in to address partner travel challenges and other needs that arose in the day to day. These were managed with collaboration, a proactive attitude and team spirit, which was so much appreciated! 

Betelhem Gebremariam, General Clerk (NSF) 

Betelhem Gebremariam has proven to be customer-focused, dedicated, and extremely professional. Her efforts haven’t gone unnoticed this quarter! She has shown herself to be proactive in instances where immediate assistance has been required with scanning and processing Federal Express requests. She is thoughtful and considerate in completing tasks and meeting our clients’ deadlines. Occasionally, we have special requests that require immediate attention, and others can wait until the next business day. However, due to the sensitive nature of many of our clients’ work, sometimes these tasks require special attention. Betelhem has been described as diligent, courteous, and working well under pressure by her colleagues. She represents our core values at RP; “Wear the Hat”, “Get It Done”, and “Own It”!
