Ms. Feldman joins the RP Pro family with over 15 years of specialized experience in USAID projects –her extensive implementation experience includes support for institutional support contracts, mission-based contracts, and cooperative agreements in Central Asia and East and West Africa. In her prior roles at non-profit and for-profit implementing partners, Jessica has worked in senior expatriate roles and directly managed over $160 million in USAID funds across various technical support areas.

Ms. Feldman’s professional background includes senior program management positions at USAID implementing partners, including Winrock International and the International Executive Service Corps. In these roles, she leveraged her operational, recruitment, and financial management expertise to identify high-caliber staff and to drive innovative technical approaches. She also has a proven track record of developing and implementing policies and procedures that reduce institutional and donor risk.
