Tamar Mintz Joins RP Professional Services as Executive Vice President

RP Professional Services (RP) is pleased to announce the hiring of Ms. Tamar Mintz, who will be assuming the role of Executive Vice President.
Ms. Mintz holds over a decade of executive-level leadership providing project delivery at scale—including staff management, strategic planning, and account development across federal agencies in the civilian, health, and defense sectors.
Ms. Mintz joins RP from Highlight Technologies, where she served as Vice President of Portfolio Management, providing management and oversight to more than 600 full-time employees and over $210 million in revenue. In this position, Ms. Mintz was responsible for organic growth initiatives in key customer accounts while also leading a portfolio of professional services and logistics contracts. She specializes in leading strategic business development activities, providing exceptional client service, and managing complex federal programs.
Ms. Mintz is looking forward to working closely with RP’s Growth and Delivery Organizations to expand RP’s service offerings within the federal market, implement streamlined project management practices, and ensure that daily operational activities align with RP’s strategic goals and objectives.
