RP Professional Services, LLC, a rapidly growing technology consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Katie Giuliani to Vice President of People Operations. In this expanded role, Katie will oversee the company’s Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams. She will lead key initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and workforce development to support RP’s continued growth.

Katie brings over thirteen years of extensive experience in human resources and talent management, with a proven history of success at organizations such as InfiniSource Consulting Solutions, AtlasAdvancement, Inc., and Sphere of Influence. Since joining RP in May 2022 as Director of Human Resources, she has swiftly established herself as a key member of the leadership team, broadening her responsibilities to include both Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Her strategic vision and hands-on approach have significantly contributed to the growth and development of RP’s workforce, making her an indispensable asset to the organization. 

As Vice President of People Operations, Katie will continue leading RP’s efforts to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent while ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals. Her leadership will be instrumental in shaping the company’s people strategy as RP further expands its footprint in key federal agencies, including the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Homeland Security.

Katie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University and is SHRM-CP certified. She describes herself as a “tried and true HR nerd,” and it’s her ability to wear many hats that enables her to effectively manage operations, logistics, and strategies to support senior leadership, employees, and clients. She thrives on challenges and loves making a positive impact in every organization she serves. When asked about her leadership style, she says, “My motto? ‘Do the right thing.’”
