James Baker, Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist 

James Baker plays a crucial role in providing top-notch IT support to the entire RP organization, while also spearheading special IT and cybersecurity projects. His responsibilities include managing our Microsoft 365 enterprise environment and ensuring seamless IT operations across the board. 

In Q2, James was instrumental in the integration of critical RP systems, developing custom tools and system integrations that significantly enhanced our hiring and onboarding processes. His collaborative work with the People Operations Department led to the successful enhancement of RP’s Employee Resource Center—a comprehensive hub for employee tools and information that was long overdue. 

James is not just an IT support specialist; he is a cornerstone of our HQ team, embodying RP’s core values every day. His contributions to the Employee Resource Center were monumental, bringing a much-needed platform to life. RP couldn’t have achieved this without James’s expertise, positive attitude, and unwavering determination. A huge thank you to James for his invaluable contributions and can-do spirit! 

Jackie Derrick, People Operations Specialist 

Jackie Derrick has been a driving force within our Talent Acquisition team this quarter, demonstrating exceptional skill as a recruiter. Her unwavering dedication to supporting Hiring Managers has been instrumental in meeting our staffing needs, while her ability to maintain strong relationships with candidates has significantly strengthened our talent pipeline. Jackie’s efforts have not gone unnoticed, earning her positive feedback and recognition from both Hiring Managers and candidates alike. 

In addition to her recruitment responsibilities, Jackie has successfully coordinated Talent Acquisition efforts with industry SMEs, providing them with the guidance and support necessary to excel in their support of RP and our customers. Her proactive approach and vested interest in the future of the People Operations organization have also led her to take on new tasks in Human Resources, showcasing her commitment to the continued growth and success of our team. 

Jackie’s dedication to her day-to-day responsibilities, combined with her determination to expand her skillset, makes her an invaluable member of our team. Her willingness to go above and beyond in support of the broader People Operations department is both admirable and deeply appreciated. Doug Walker, Proposal Writer 

Doug Walker joined RP during a pivotal growth period and has since become an indispensable member of our proposal team. His approach to every proposal is characterized by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to continuous learning. Doug consistently seeks opportunities to enhance RP’s capabilities, whether by securing new business or contributing to the organization’s broader growth initiatives. 

Doug’s impact extends beyond his role as a Proposal Writer. As a key member of RP’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Employee Resource Group (ERG), he has provided invaluable insights and ideas that have helped us create a more inclusive and equitable workplace. His willingness to step up and assist with any project, coupled with his ability to perform under pressure, exemplifies the core values that drive RP’s mission.
