In celebration of Pride Month, RP Pro is proud to reaffirm its commitment to the LGBTQ+ community through continued support for SMYAL (Supporting and Mentoring Youth Advocates and Leaders). At the second quarterly Werk Room Employee Resource Group (ERG) event, Nate Kreoger from RP Pro once again led the company’s efforts in championing this vital nonprofit organization, which advocates for the well-being and empowerment of LGBTQ+ youth. 

SMYAL, with over 40 years of impactful work, provides critical services and leadership opportunities for LGBTQ+ youth ages 6-24. Guided by principles of being youth-informed, anti-oppression, trauma-informed, and empathetic, SMYAL plays a pivotal role in creating a safe, supportive environment for young people navigating their identities. 

“We are honored to continue our partnership with SMYAL through the Werk Room initiative,” said Kreoger. “Their work is truly life-changing, and we are excited to support their mission to empower the next generation of LGBTQ+ leaders.”
